Mahoosive specializes in handcrafted wooden ring boxes with custom engraving services. Each piece is unique. Due to the nature of handcrafting and wood grain variation, the actual product may differ slightly from product images.
For custom engraved orders, please ensure your text is correct before placing the order. Once an order enters production (typically within 2 hours of placement), changes or cancellations cannot be accepted.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit cards. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Standard production time is 3-5 business days before shipment. Shipping times vary by destination. Mahoosive is not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services.
Due to the personalized nature of our custom engraved products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for custom orders unless the item is defective or damaged during shipping. For non-personalized items, you may return unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
