Our Refund Policy

Custom Engraved Products

Because our wooden ring boxes are custom engraved specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for custom orders once production has begun. Please ensure your engraving text, font choice, and ring sizes are correct before placing your order.

If your custom order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Non-Personalized Products

For standard (non-engraved) items, you may return the item in its original unused condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us at info@mahoosive.net with your order number to initiate a return.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please provide photos of the damaged packaging, photos of the damaged item, and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
